Background
Close to Westonburt Arboretum and with the trees to show it. Could we create some fun in the copse of trees currently used for climbing by their young children.
Brief
With 2 young girls who loved to climb. We were asked to create something in the tree where their Dad’s own tree house creation had been. It was on it’s last legs on our arrival for the site visit and looked too dangerous for us to climb up into. So we assessed from the ground and agreed to take it down and replace it with a main covered structure but also plenty of high walkways and climbing nets and ropes for the children to play on for many years to come. The tree top course ended with the perfect place for a zip wire which will probably be next years project.
